Description
The “tracks” in the title could be referring to the railroad tracks on the embankment at the end of this alley or the marks in the snow. I don’t know.
This is part of a series of drawings of Chicago alleys, drawn in India ink on Arches 300 pound hot-pressed water color paper with a Rapidograph pen. Coloring was done with Faber Castel Pitt markers. These markers use India ink which use pigment instead of dye ensuring color fastness and resistance to ultraviolet light.
This drawing is shipped matted and ready to frame as shown using archival materials.
