Description
This is a bungalow belt alley, a common scene in Chicago. It looks like you’ll have to go around the block if you want to head down it though.
This is part of a series of drawings of Chicago alleys, drawn in India ink on Arches 300 pound hot-pressed water color paper with a Rapidograph pen. Coloring was done with Faber Castel Pitt markers. These markers use India ink which use pigment instead of dye ensuring color fastness and resistance to ultraviolet light.
This drawing is shipped matted and ready to frame as shown using archival materials.
